Hon. Benigno S. Aquino III,

               A pleasant day to you Sir! I am a senior student from Ilocos Sur National High School, and I would like to make an appeal regarding the issue of rightful treatment in relation to our Senior Citizens. As we all know, the elderly should be always given respect and importance especially that they already had served our country in their own way. They always have been shared some of their wisdom and knowledge for us to become a better person. the problem is that there is little or poor prioritization for Filipino Senior Citizens.

               Many problems and worries disturb the minds of our Filipino Senior Citizens. The sick senior citizens battle not only their sickness and ailments, but they're also with rising prices of basic goods and especially the prices of medicines. Even with their current senior citizen discount, they still cannot afford their basic necessities because most of then do not have constant source of income. most of then get money from their families who barely earn enough to support their own families. I request that there would be either the increase of discount on medicines and basic goods for senior citizens or give more benefits for them.

                Thank you for your time for reading this letter Sir. I hope you could acknowledge and deeply reflect upon my request. This is not only for the sake of the present senior citizens but also to the future senior citizens. I hope you continue strive for excellent and leadership for the greater good of the country.
